The all-new Tork T6X is the first-ever production-based electric motorcycle that is yet to be launched in the Indian automobile markets. Coming with a list of high-tech features, the Tork T6X has been pegged as an environment-friendly alternative to the fuel-powered commuter motorbikes on the Indian streets.
The Tork T6X is propelled by the presence of the brushless 6kW electric motor delivering around 27 Nm of peak torque. The electric motor of the bike is powered by Lithium-ion batteries. Upon full charging, the Tork T6X is able to cover around 100 kms. The battery of the bike is able to get charged around 80 percent of its overall capacity within the time duration of 60 minutes.
The combination of the lightweight feature like the 130 kg motorbike along with its 27 Nm of peak torque aims at promising sprightly performance, particularly in the given range of the instant torque of any electric-based motor. Tork Motorcycle claims that the magic lies in the overall battery management system of the bike which is a sub-part of the TIROS-names system being deployed on the Tork T6X. TIROS stands for Tork Intuitive Response Operating System –which allows the proper selection of the different riding modes aimed at altering the power delivery of the bike. The advanced TIROS system is capable of updating the overall air and adding more features to the motorbike.
