Waliz Zidan is the first barber to implement this fashion, a special cream is used to avoid damaging the hair and prevent the fire from reaching the head. They claim that it is a good system since it removes those curled and damaged hairs and makes it last more the cut than a classic normal cut.
According to this, it helps people of legal age so that the gray hair disappears as the hair eventually becomes black.
