Good day steemians.
Most of the time, we need to use our common sense to avoid unsafe practices. We don't need to be told not to smoke, to avoid excessive use of alcohol, and to wear our seat belts, bike helmets, or other protective gear when they are necessary. I wish that using a cane or walker did not have such negative associations for many of my patients. Regular use of such aids can help prevent broken hips or other inquiries.
Determine your unsafe behviors.
