Everybody's wondering who are millenials, and why do they seem so irrational? I was wondering aswell.
And you know, this is awkward but it is definetely related to Human Resources psychology.
The answer is - the millenials do not learn, because they are aware of the fact that they can find anything on the web in few seconds. Eh, like the whole worlds knowlegde. What's the matter. And older employers can't get it, losing the opportunity to level up with their comprehension of the world.
