There are so many different strategies, political agendas and influential campaigns making their rounds in the world today. This morning a group of local individuals reviewed a quote by Mr. Mahatma Gandhi: "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." Team members discussed challenges that might be associated with being and example and how they could be influential figures for continuous improvement. Some of the ideas shared were:
- Find one little thing each day to improve.
- Help others who may be struggling to find something to improve on.
- Celebrate daily improvements.
- Pat yourself on the back every now and then.
- Remember a small improvement is still an improvement.
We then put this poster up as a fun reminder for the group.
"What are your thoughts, how can you be an influential instrument for change in the world today?"
