Shadows are inevitable: there are no shadows without light and no light without shadows... So, embrace your shadows and move on. There is nothing to worry about as long as you remember that the brightest light shines within you.
Life is journey. There'll always be some curves and bumps in the road along the way. Just focus on smooth(er) parts, count your blessings and develop an attitude of gratitude. Leave the road bumps behind. Get rid of the baggage and travel light.
