The United States and other countries have contributed their quota to help these countries financially but the poverty level seems to increase by the day.
The best help any country or people ever need is education. When proper education is provided, the educated becomes gainfully employed.
Self education is a great gift you can give to yourself if you don't have opportunity to go through a good school. You can also go through a good school but didn't do a course of your choice, self education will help keep your passion alive!
Get some education, and help others who don't have the opportunity too.
