Albert Davis, 31 years old from Aiken County, S.C., has been charged with murder after demanding 3 year old to chase his victim around the backyard of a South Carolina home.

According to the articles I have found this occurred Oct 17th in the afternoon, but very little is known about this story at the time. Nothing has surfaced on why Albert Davis wanted 24 year old Timothy Johnson dead.
In a report from abcNEWS, Timothy Johnson was shot in the chest and Albert Davis was charged with murder, possession of a stolen handgun and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
No information on the 3 year old has been reported thus far.
