Quick, look, here's memory lane

When I was a lad this was the first computer we had at school, I remember it well and it had a writing software disk (if thats what it was called back in them days) called folio :) The computer was called a bbc lol like the tv channel.

If you wanted to play a game on these you had to wait 20 minutes for it to load off the tape, it was shocking half the time it wouldnt loads and if the power went off or anything well that was it, start all over.

My teenage years was in the invention of consoles. the atari 2600 with pacman and frogger and then the introduction to the world of nintendo and sega.hqdefault.jpg

I had a master system 2 with alex the kid built in on it, only the posh kids got mega drives. There was some great games too, sonic the hedgehog, mario (obviously) road rage double dragon 1 and 2 mortal kombat, golden axe and streets of rage lol most have probably been remade. When you had a game back in them days you completed it to the end, as you only had 2 or 3 new games a year. Not like nowadays with google play and free games galore.

They were the days

Which console did you have as a child? is it on here? if it is you have to comment :)

Feel free to follow and say hello :)
