How Often You Challenge Yourself?

Do you always challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone? It could be personal challenges like take up a short course on something you never tried before or to complete a task within very limited time-frame, physical challenges or intellectual challenges. We should challenge ourselves as much as possible when we are still young, bold and burdenless.

Why Challenging Yourself Is Important?

While you are trying out new things or learning new skills, you will be able to understand and discover yourself better. Besides from gaining new knowledge, you will know what you are good at and improve it indirectly. Challenging yourself is one of the must have process to achieve personal growth.

By stepping out of comfort zone, you get to experience amazing new things and explore the world. It will enrich your experiences, broaden your mind and expand your perspective. Experience, knowledge and skills are the top most important assets to succeed in life.

Constantly challenge yourself in daily lives can make your time counts and everyday worthwhile. Soon, you will realize you are slowly accomplishing your short-term goals and one step closer to success.

It can be daunting to step out of comfort zone and really disappointing when the things doesn’t turn out as what you expected. However, can you imagine you doing the same old work routinely for the coming five or ten years without challenges at all? Isn’t it more intimidating to look back after ten years to only realize that you have wasted your time all these while doing purposeless job?
