Inner peace

Most of us complicate things a lot. We tend to do  things in a manner that’s familiar to us.

We think  its easier that way. When we wake up in the morning, while still in bed, We think of all the endless possibilities of life. Its very  easy to pollute our mind with ideas. Its easy to flood our mind with questions: how,what,why..a lot of why’s and oh no’s. Specially in the shower!! Oh! God knows how long I take shower just by thinking all the things in life.

That’s not really a bad thing. We are thought to plan things ahead. To be ready of the infinite possibilities. However, when we think. We ask ourselves : “can I do that”, “am I fit for that”, “I don’t think im good enough for that” the list goes on…

And that’s when we find ourselves full of negativity, doubts, confusion..etc.

We focus on the negatives more than the goods that we can  acquire and the abilities that we have

The answer is inner peace.

But how do we find inner peace?

People travel around the world to look for inner peace. Some visits temples in the south east asia. There are some that visits india. Some may prefer a trip to bali, Indonesia  where yoga is popular. But how about the people that doesn't have the privilege?

The answer is simple. Inner peace is self acceptance. To know your self is the answer. To know your limitations, to know your capabilities. That way you’re not untitled to other people's expectations of you. To accept all yourself is a good move. That is when you find that you are strong, that  you are unique. That you are more that enough and that you can do more.
