How do you feel about mental health.. I would like to read some comments about if you had any mental health issues and how did you cope with it? Do you think ‘don’t worry about it and push it trough’ or ‘take some time off to work on things’ was better approach? What worked for you?

asking for a friend it’s a joke! I’m not asking for a friend, I’m trying to work something out and wanted to see what people think..
