I woke up late, the Sun was shining brightly, heralding a warm day.  I could not sleep almost all night,   thinking about Steemit community.  

 I decided to escape and went to the nature.
Проснулся я поздно, солнце уже ярко светило, предвещая теплый денек. Почти всю ночь я не мог уснуть, думая о сообществе Steemit.
Я решил отвлечься и поехал на природу.

 

 When you come into the forest - look where is the Sun.  When you come out - focus on it. 

 I walked an hour and haven't found any good mushroom.  There were only bad  mushrooms.

 Когда заходишь в лес - смотри где находится Солнце. Когда выходишь - ориентируйся по нему.

 Я ходил целый час и не мог найти ни одного хорошего грибочка. Попадались только плохие грибы.

Beautiful and unusual met among them.

 Среди них были красивые и необычные.

 

 I knew that in the forest live wild boars, but I was unable to meet with them.  Here's their tracks: 

Я знал что в этом лесу живут кабаны, но мне не удалось повстречаться с ними. Вот их следы:

 I walked for a long time yet. Found a hornet's nest. It was straight into the ground.

Я ходил еще долго. Нашел осиное гнездо. Оно было прям в земле.

  And here is the porcini! The largest mushroom had to throw-it was maggoty.

А вот и белые грибы! Самый большой пришлось выбросить - оказался червивым.

I went ahead and saw the remains of a moose. 

 Я пошел дальше и увидел останки лося.

  How to cook mushrooms. 

Как приготовить грибы

 1. Wash and cut into pieces 

Помыть и порезать на кусочки.

 2. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes

 Довести до кипения и варить 15 минут

 3. Drain the water. Some mushrooms to put in a bag and put into the freezer.  It can be stored 2 years.  

 Часть грибов положить в пакет и убрать в морозилку. Их можно хранить 2 года.

4. Another part I decided to fry with potatoes.  First, fry the mushrooms and onion, then add the potatoes. 

Другую часть я решил пожарить с картошкой. Сначала обжарил грибы с луком, а затем добавил картошку.
