Activities for a Relaxing Sunday

Tomorrow is Sunday, the day before a new week starts again. If you didn't have tie to relax today you should take time to do it tomorrow before you start a week full of activities. Our bodies need to relax sometimes in order to work at full capacity. I have found some activities that will help us relax on a Sunday. Take a look if you want.

  • watching the sunrise with a cup of tea or coffee in your hands;

  • reading a book;

  • watching quality movies;

  • listening to your favorite songs;

  • short hikes or a walk in the park;

  • practicing your artist skills, painting a picture or composing a poem;

  • spending time with friends or family;

  • exercising the skills of a chef by cooking some new recipes.

Of course everyone knows better which are his/her relaxing activities. How are you planning to relax this Sunday?
