Last night and today I was wondering why there are some fireworks popping at a distance. I thought that there must be a big birthday celebration or a wedding which made me think that why will there be such a gathering because it is forbidden because it is a lockdown situation.
This morning a vehicle with a blaring annoying jovial music had rocked through our streets an di guess it will pass a few times this day which made me suspect first that it could be the feast celebration of a Catholic cult/sect here in our village.
Then upon seeing in Facebook that it was actually the feast day celebration here in our village. It is funny because how could you make a feast while it is forbidden to mingle around with people since it is a day for parties and preparing lots of food considering that almost everyone is living off with ration from the government.
So other than that annoying vehicle that plays a blaring annoying music and the occasional rocket firecracker our village is still the same as before. People are inside their houses, no parties, get-togethers, reunions, and certainly no delicious foods prepared because it is a freak'n lockdown.
