Subordination and insubordination: The thin line

images (1).jpg

There is dignity in subordination thats something most bosses say inorder to keep their subordinates in check.
However, some of these subordinates are pushed to the wall by their bosses and they do not know what to do or how to react because they realised that its the source of their daily bread.

Well, there is always a breaking point for every man... this is were the person can no longer take the maltreatment from their boss and a revolution takes place.
They might quit, get fired or assault their bosses and get arrested but thats the risk they have to take in order for them to regain their self esteem.
A colleague of mine was slapped three good times today by his immediate boss and he was expected not to react because he is the subordinate and a reaction will be termed insubordination.....
