Relationship post coming through — Brace yourself!

I’ve never believed in having exes until now. To me, it was the golden stigma that you had failed in a very important life lesson — relationship. So here’s a few life lessons I’ve learned on how important it is to have exes and why you should start a break-up chain right now!

Truth is, every single one of us at a point in life had to make a decision to drop certain stuff as we grew. The transition from pencil to pen in elementary school is a beautiful example. How about the one from natural corn-rows and threaded hair to weaves and extensions for the ladies? Life itself is a beautiful play of affording opportunities to leave our exes and let them be.

There are habits and certain ways of life that may not be healthy for us but which we stick to because we think we can’t do apart from them. Having those as exes is one of the successes of your life story.

If a habit doesn’t add value to your life, you should call off your relationship with it. The thing about mingling with these things that should be your exes is that you fall deeper in love with them than what you should focus on.

Every single evil (or good that isn’t good for you) that you’ve put away to move forward is an ex. Imagine carrying all of those stuff into the wonderful person you’re becoming ? 🤔 Nah 😧 picture isn’t looking so great. You are powerful and strong and beautiful, and toxic things have to go for you to grow into the image God has made you to be. You can’t keep carrying habits like gossiping, covetousness and even unhealthy eating. I hope that you begin that break-up and keep it so. How many exes you think you can get before the year ends? Leggo!
