One of the messages we recently threw away from practice was: "Could the obstacles in front of doing what you imagine be self-judgments?"

He received much more sharing and positive feedback than we expected. Shared on social media, sent to friends. The most important thing is to stop and think for a second. What judgments do I really have and how do they affect my life?

We discussed the causes of stress and loss in our previous writings and meditations, and one of the most important issues raised there was the real reason for these intense feelings. Why do we really feel stress and anxiety? When we look at the basics of these feelings, we see that the loss that comes from the future, especially from the future, is not because of not knowing what will happen in the future, but because it is thoughtless if it is not as I imagined. When our mind, which is always dreaming about the future, produces certain stories and possible scenarios, the possibility that these scenarios do not lead us to a great uncertainty and despair. Our mind drifting into despair begins to think about how bad the scenarios might be this time, and the only thought is under the rule of red light: 'What if this is a bad scenario!'

Let's just think of a scenario where you're in this situation. You started to imagine something about the future, and then the bad scenarios came to mind, which created stress and anxiety for you. Then what happened? Perhaps you've been deepening, branching, and knotting over these and other possible bad scenarios for days. You created worlds without reality. These are just one of our mind games for us. The importance attached to a scenario with little chance of realization and the stress and anxiety that comes with it ...

Yes, humanity has protected itself, thinking of both positive and negative prospects and taking measures against them. But our minds are actually far too inadequate to account for their odds. There is a good work on this, a question that shows how our mind predicts the consequences of complex problems and probabilities. It's this:

Let's take the thickness of a napkin 1 centimeter. When we fold the napkin, this thickness comes out to 2 centimeters, once again we fold 4 and so on. If our mind is so deceiving us about the possibilities, how do we live? What is the point of positive thinking? Ghandi says:

When we think of negative, we try to take action to prevent that negative scenario, we shape our movements. We behave according to him, we talk, we get away from seeing the big picture. We are concerned that our uneasiness will prevent us from taking positive steps. 'If it comes to the beginning,' we will capture our thoughts, while we do not want it to arrive with fear and disturbance, we actually find ourselves waiting for the moment when that negative scenario will be formed. Here is a word from the Dalai Lama:

'Positive thinking forms the basis of success. If you have negative thoughts, even the easiest things can not be achieved. '

If we think positive, we have hope. As we look forward to the future, we become courageous and creative in our actions. We spread the positive energy to ourselves and ourselves. We look at the events with a clearer mind, we better evaluate the opportunities that face us when we see the full sides of the glass, and so we have a positive path to ourselves. We take positive events when they are positive, negative events when they are negative. Our thoughts determine our actions, our actions determine our fate.

So think positive, look positive. Even in the toughest times, positive thinking will bring you into light.
