"Apam fair" is the name that is currently made in a festival event, this event is usually made every 5 years as a form of remembering the custom of Aceh from the ancestors. This round apam is made from flour, but is poured in its own batter mixture, so that when cooked it will be stirred again depending on taste variations, usually stirring with sliced ​​coconut, sometimes mixed with slai, and also sometimes with a special sauce from Aceh itself.
