There is more happiness in giving than in receiving.

This biblical principle helps us to reflect on how we can help other people in a selfless way, either because they have financial or personal problems, do some or many of you have not felt happy to be able to brighten another person's day with your help?

FUENTE

We rarely take into account that a very powerful form of self-realization is doing things for others without expecting anything in return, to this fact we can add the concept of felity, which clearly unites happiness with solidarity.

When we give or help in a disinterested way, we definitely feel happier. Gretchen Rubin, author of the bestseller The Happiness Project, links volunteering with happiness saying that "happiness gives people emotional stability to look around and be supportive."

Although many times we look around us, and we observe a selfish world, believe me there are plenty of reasons to be supportive. We can feel very happy when we have been given the opportunity to help someone in their needs, of any kind, be it with money, food, clothes, medicines or simply company. It feels a special satisfaction to be useful to others.

There is more happiness in giving than in receiving, do you agree? Because if? Why not? Comment, and keep in mind that God values what we do for others.
