Pak Hok Pai (Tibetan White Crane) Kung Fu School Munich
Since 10 years I practice this martial art, which was created by Tibetan Lamas with the name Senge Dharon (Lion Roar) is a self-defense and martial art system that bring to the practitioner the skills of fight with bare hand, weapons and in the air. After few years training with my great master Sifu Argimiro Núñez who gave me the pure transmission of the White Crane Kung Fu and spiritual instruction I decided to open my own kung fu school in Munich, Germany under the name Lohan Traditionellen Hochschule.
On this path is normal to have amazing experiences like performing for hundred of people in Hong Kong or Philippines, here you can see some videos where we are performing some techniques:

This martial art system is very dynamic and work by speed and impact, this is the reason why is so powerful, the practitioner has to overcome really difficult tests where he/she need to show his speed in the combat and also the explosive inner power.
After every exam the student will receive a certificate from the Pak Hok Pai Athletic Federation and his belt showing the degree reached.
This is a long path but full of external and internal development, the practitioner will gain a healthy body and way of live and with the Buddhist teaching that is related with this style will give space for the spiritual development.
