There's an incredibly beautiful quote from CS Lewis that I really wanted to share with you where he says that "you don't have a soul you are the soul and you have a body" it's incredible when I learned that principle.
When we started to learn to live through our consciousness, you start to recognize how truly limitless and infinite consciousness is the incredible abilities it has, the incredible abilities you have but because of our identification with this body being who we are we feel limited, we feel restricted and so one of the key ways to live through consciousness is to see how you can make an impact in the lives of others, Mohammed Ali says "service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth" give it a go let me know in the comment what do you think.
