Question: 3
Hive is promoted as decentralised and free.
- a. Do you think there should be rules? (or not?)
- b. Who should set those rules? Communities? Witnesses? Whales? Quorum?
- c. Should you be required to agree to abide by rules (CoC) when joining?
There is already a project on Twitter called Hive Chat and it's really good so I have no desire to poach or encroached of the great work they do but I know there's a lot of Hive users who are not on Twitter or Facebook plus the 280 character limit on Twitter can put some people off who might want to give a longer answer than Twitter allows.
Watch out for the second question tomorrow!
