¡Hola Chicos!

>> Esta es una receta preparada en colaboración con mi esposo y entre sus ingredientes se incluye la mantequilla de marihuana 🍁, pero si deseas puedes hacerla de la forma tradicional y también los disfrutarás. Espero les guste. ♥ A mi esposo y a mí nos encanta cocinar y cuando se trata de recetas que incluyan marihuana mi esposo es todo un artista en la cocina. Yo como siempre lo apoyo en todo el proceso para lo que vaya a necesitar y con mis conocimientos en la cocina. En esta ocasión quiso preparar unos "Happy brownies", les llamamos así porque tienen marihuana y al hacer digestión nuestro estómago generan esta sensación de alegría indescriptible. Quienes conocen saben a lo que me refiero. El proceso es súper sencillo y los ingredientes fáciles de encontrar, les cuento un poco a continuación de que va la receta para que puedan hacerlos en casa. ¡Acompáñame!

* 1 taza y 1/4 de harina de trigo * 1 taza de azúcar * 125 gramos de mantequilla cannábica * 50 gramos de cacao en polvo * 200 gramos de chocolate en barra * 3 huevos * 1/3 de taza de café líquido * 40 gramos de maní troceado * 1 pizca de sal

* 1 1/4 cup of wheat flour * 1 Sugar cup * 125 grams of cannabis butter * 50 grams of cocoa powder * 200 grams of chocolate bar * 3 eggs * 1/3 cup of liquid coffee * 40 grams of chopped peanuts * 1 pinch of salt

Cuando este líquido vamos a agregar la mantequilla cannábica y mezclamos muy bien.

When this liquid we are going to add the cannabis butter and mix very well.

Integramos todos muy bien. Al enfriar el chocolate, agregamos los 3 huevos y batimos.

We all integrate very well. When cooling the chocolate, add the 3 eggs and beat.

Luego agregamos el café líquido. Esta mezcla no debe quedar muy densa, si agregas más harina es posible que queden muy duros los brownies, así que no te preocupes si la vez muy líquida.

Then we add the liquid coffee. This mixture should not be too thick, if you add more flour it is possible that the brownies will be very hard, so do not worry if it is very liquid.

Colocamos la mezcla en dos bandejas pequeñas a las que previamente les agregamos harina y mantequilla para que no se peguen los brownies. Se lleva al horno precalentado por media hora aproximadamente o que cuando introduzcas un palillo este salga limpio completamente.

We place the mixture on two small trays to which we previously add flour and butter so that the brownies do not stick. Take it to the preheated oven for about half an hour or when you insert a toothpick it comes out completely clean.

Al salir del horno se cortan en trozos iguales, mi esposo los estaba midiendo porque la mitad de ellos iban a ser para la venta. Así se recuperaba la inversión y disfrutábamos de algunos. Luego los empacamos en bolsitas, ya están listos para disfrutar ♥.

When they come out of the oven they are cut into equal pieces, my husband was measuring them because half of them were going to be for sale. This way the investment was recovered and we enjoyed some. Then we pack them in bags, they are ready to enjoy ♥.
