Summer has arrived and it's time to refreshed with some mind blowing summer drinks.One of the simplest recipe of coolers is,
BANANA LASSI
It is a healthy Nepali/Smoothie made with fresh yogurt and banana.
INGERDIENTS
2 Banana
2 cups fresh yogurt
250 ml Cold water
1/2 cup powdered sugar or more - as per taste
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp Black salt
2 tsp Crushed Nuts (almonds, pistachios & cashews)
Few ice cubes (optional)
1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds Powder
Some mint leaves to garnish.
PROCEDURE
We will add all the ingredients in a mixer/grinder as per our requirement.
Then
After a minute of grinding our LASSI will be ready. And decorating as our creativity.
