Lalbagh fort of Bangladesh

We visited the Lalbagh fort. The Lalbagh fort is located on the bank of Buriganga river of Dhaka. This is an unfinished Mughal castle. Its construction started in 1678 but it was not finished. Later, Mughal subadar Shaista Khan again started the construction work in 1680, but did not finish it. There are a total of three installations here.

Fairy Bibi Tomb

Shaista Khan's Kanya Pya Bibi is buried here. In his memory, this magnificent mansion was built. Eli Bibi, whose other name is Iran Dukh Rahmat Baanu Paribahan Mabar's structure is square. The marble stones, the staple stone and the flowers of different colors have been decorated in the interior nine rooms with beautiful decorative tiles. The dome above the central chamber of the original tomb was once gold-colored, after which the entire dome was covered with brass / copper plates.

Durbar Hall and Hammam Khana

This was the Hammam Khana and Darbar Hall of Shaista Khan, which is now used as a magician.

Three domed castle mosque (Shahi mosque)
The mosque was built in 1678-79, when the third son of Emperor Aurangzeb, Prince Azam Currently the mosque is being used for the prayers of the devotees.
