Poverty in a very simplest term is not lack of resources that people normally think.
Is rather lack of creativity.
The inability to put your mind to work or activate the spirit of creativity thus poverty.
You can have the best resources ever in the world at large but can be still living in poverty if you do not use them to invent something creatively.
