Hi there, in this post, let us talk about the freelance ecosystem on blockchain, laborcrypto.
Of course we already know (or at least have heard) of online freelance sites like fiverr, freelancer.com, etc which are market places of where freelancers of all categories offer their services to those that need them - ranging from writing, graphic designs, typesetting, photo editing... you name them. But has it ever crossed your mind that a market place as this could exist right here on blockchain?

Laborcrypto is a proposed blockchain freelance ecosystem. In other words, the project aims to bring opportunities to those in need of them by rewarding the individuals for what they love doing. Now this is just to give a clearer picture of what laborcrypto is all about - an ecosystem for freelancers and those seeking freelance services.
Laborcrypto seeks to solve the challenge with payment system that plagues conventional online freelancing. Here, freelancers usually have to wait for days before receiving payments for their jobs. There's also the problem of middlemen in transaction processing which account for extra delays and unnecessary fees imposed on freelancers.
Laborcrypto aims to tackle these challenges by utilizing the trending blockchain technology. With the blockchain technology - viz cryptocurrency, instant payment of workers for their jobs would be guaranteed. Cutting off these middlemen invariably implies the system would cut off the service fees they charge on workers. Thus, on laborcrypto ecosystem there'll be no need for these third party systems of payment. Blockchain will execute all transactions directly between users and freelancers. That is to say, rather than use paypal, credit cards, and the likes, laborcrypto would utilize smart contract as means of payment which is far more swifter and secure than any other payment system.
As a blockchain-based platform, laborcrypto has ripples of advantages over conventional freelance sites. For instance, aside replacing PayPal with smart contract as a medium of payment, laborcrypto would be decentralized in nature (as oppossed to conventional sites that are centralized). Thus, both freelance workers and their hirers would have a greater degree of freedom in their transactions in the ecosystem. Furthermore, blockchain technoloy is borderless. Hence by building on this technology, the platform would bring opportunities to a greater number of people across the globe. Individuals in remote regions, as well as those who have no access to banks (by which they could use to receive payments in a conventional freelance system) would have the opportunity to work on laborcrypto by doing what they love doing and earning profitably from it without hurdles.
Aside building on blockchain technology, laborcrypto is also unique and very distinct from other freelance systems for its revenue sharing policy. This would be a sort of compensation to users for their contribution.
