Social Media is modern day living, we have a variety of ways of communicating with family, friends and associates, where many fall short is realizing how important responding to messages actually is, no matter which method we use, written, via phone, video, blog, no response to visitors comments, they will be highly unlikely to comment the next time, most probably never visit again.
