지난 15일 중국 주요 비트코인 채굴자들이 비트코인 세그윗 이슈를 두고 미팅을 가졌네요.
방금 인터넷 상에 회의록이 공개되었는데 이를 입수해 공유드립니다.
번역은 제가 직접 해드릴테니 이해에 참고하시면 될 것 같습니다.
인터넷에 공개된 영문 회의록 자체도 중국어 원문을 번역한 것이라고 하여 약간 오역이 있을 수 있으니 참고바랍니다.

为了有效解决比特币网络拥堵问题，加速推进比特币扩容进展，促进比特币的持续健康稳定发展，在各矿池、交易所、矿机商、矿工等各方面的支持下，我们中国比特币圆桌论坛的各与会代表，在2017年6月15日，于成都召开了比特币协议升级会议，会议上我们一致决定全力支持推进比特币纽约共识扩容方案，并达成以下决议：
