No. Konohamaru will not be as strong as Naruto. Naruto is one of the strongest beings in existence. He defeated the rival of the best ninja in history. He defeated the original wielder of chakra. Naruto is very overpowered and Konohamaru can't even hope to match that power because he didn't win the eugenics lottery.
