Knowledge is an awareness or consciousness gained through experience. To know something, we have to experience it and to experience it; we have to live it. To know what love, hatred, anger, electric shock or fire is; one must experience them. Their true essence cannot be understood through literature or through a discourse. Likewise, Spirituality or Religion is beyond words or intellect. It’s the Spiritual experience which can bring the awareness & knowledge and at last set us free.
One has to go through the Body & Mind to reach the Soul (Spirit); as there is a very subtle association between them i.e.
E (Body) + E (Mind) = E (Soul); E is energy
All three (body, mind & soul) are manifestations of energy, but at different frequencies. Einstein’s equation E = mc² gives us the relation of how energy & mass are related.
When the Body is purified (totally relaxed) & the Mind is calm (without any thoughts); the energy associated with them starts ascending towards higher levels to merge with Soul. While ascending, we experience & gain powers over the 5 elements i.e. Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Space. These various stages align us for that ultimate experience of Super-consciousness / Existence.
