INGREDIENTS
1 ripe plantain FIRME
1/2 cup of flour (WHAT? READ THE OPTIONS AT THE END OF THE RECIPE)
1 tbs., Of oil (we use coconut)
1 Egg (optional-for varnishing)
Hard Cheese (Substitutable)

PREPARATION
1 Remove the skin from the banana, cook in water and once soft, drain well, add the oil and form a puree without lumps in hot. Add the flour and knead well, until the puree becomes a manageable dough like plasticine that does not stick to the hands.
2 If sticky yet add more flour. Sprinkle flour on the countertop and stretch the dough until it is thin, cut strips. Pass the cheese through the flour and wrap it around the strip of dough slowly.
3 Locate on greased tray. Varnish and bake at 250 • C 30 min or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite sauce
