I don't think so. I met some north koreans in Moscow, Beijing and Dalian but they knew very well about their fate without nuclear weapon. North Korea is already bankrupt and they have nothing for survival in the near future. Kim Jungeun and small number of top people are holding North Korea now but they fear their horrible ending due to riot like Iraq and Romania. Nuclear weapon is only their tool for giving fantasy to calm down north koreans.
