I like to play with my photos! It is my therapy but I don't have to pay a hefty price for it! Something about creativity is really soothing and relaxing for me, especially when my mind is very busy with thousand thoughts per minute. It seems to help me focused and stayed on one subject. Taking a mental break from the issue at hands gives me a new perspective when I am ready to deal with it.
