Keto Friendly Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn't love chocolate chip cookies? After trying a lot of recipes, I was able to get one that I liked and especially one that my kids like. its hard enough to find any decent cookies that don't have all the sugar and preservatives.

Step 1.

Add 1 1/2 cups of almond flour

Step 2.

Add 1 Tbsp of Beef Gelatin. This gives the cookies that soft chewiness.

Step 3.

This will depend on how sweet you want the cookies. I use 1/2 cups of monk fruit. You might want more or less.

Step 4.

Add 1 tsp of baking powder. Mix all ingredients together

Step 5.

Add 1 whole egg.

Step 6.

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 7.

Add 1/2 cup of melted butter. And start mixing everything together

Step 8.

Add in about 1 cup of chocolate chips. I used 100% cacao to lower the sugar content and carbs. But you can use 55-80% cacao as well that comes with Stevia in it already.

Step 9.

Using a cookie pan. Put about 1 Tbsp per cookie. This part is really up to you on how big you want them to be.

Step 10.

Bake at 350F for about 12-15 mins. When it's nice and brown. Once down let it cool for about 30mins
