Keto dairy free pizza that you’ll regret trying

C5D9E633-2304-44C6-B523-6F561A6BD92D.jpegThis is a recipe you’ll regret trying because you’ll want to eat it all the time. It’s based off of a Keto recipe found on recipe dairies. Altered to make it dairy free. Just sub out regular dairy if that’s not your thing. Although, It’s soo good, you’d never know. Even folks who don’t like daiya and kite hill products, like my youngest , love it. My husband is the champ who first started making it.
Crust:
1 ½ cups of daiya mozzarella.
2 tablespoons kite hill cream cheese
¾ cups almond flour
1 egg
Garlic powder, rosemary, or whatever seasonings you prefer.
Soften cream cheese so it mixes with the daiya. Blend well. Then add the almond flour and eggs and spices. Blend well. Use parchment above and below and roll out thin. Then top and bake at 425 for 8 minutes. Take out and put on toppings. Then bake for another 12-15 minutes (those are some zucchini blossoms and basil on mine)AFBBDF4D-331E-47DB-AB41-525D7A360106.jpeg
