As of February 8, 2018, I now have primary custody of 2/3 of my minor children. My kids’ mom and I mutually agreed to let Hayden (age 16) live with me. I was awarded primary custody of his little brother Blaine on July 21, 2017. Ken Paxton has targeted me, froze my bank account right before Christmas and is currently holding up our paperwork progress. Paxton is under a grand jury indictment for three counts of fraud.
