The Real story is finally out, from people who've seen the video footage from inside the hotel, on the night Kenneka Jenkins wandered into a freezer and died. That's what appears to be the case. Not the 'social media' story that spread, about her getting gang raped by savage black males, set up by lousy friends who refused to help her as she screamed on facebook live.
Problem was, no one could really CONFIRM They heard her screaming.

I am well aware of both gentlemen, who are as you'll see will still pursue damages against the hotel. They're looking at negligence from not securing this area, which may have been dangerous for the public to be in.
Below are thoughts I shared on another platform for free;
That was why I was 'let down' with that Joel Osteen stuff; there is a 'social narrative' that crops up; and people Just Run with it; They ignore facts --- like - the area where the church is, was not safe 'at that time' when people wanted them to shelter people; until they were cleared to shelter people, they did not open up; I had no issue with that.
But the social narrative was Joel is a crook; a fake preacher; stealing from the people; he ain't shit.
With this case of this poor young woman who lost her life - from what seems like, Partying Way too hard, and accidentally getting herself locked in an area that she had no idea how to get out of. But people want to go with this 'social narrative' .. that included a story of No good Ninjas, Friends Setting her up, Ole' Girl getting raped on the FB Live, and yelling for help, and that's so much more "Salacious" ..... but it may not be truth.
Let's learn from these unfortunate events on social media and not go with social narratives; a lot of times, folks on here just spread whatever comes to mind. saw a video today for example; before I go sharing it and saying 'it's real' - I asked the person who showed it to me if it was 'real or staged' --- we had a good talk about it; it could have been staged.
Conspiracies are real though; they do happen; But this ain't one of em'; We need to respect the family of this young woman; and we should have had more respect for people going through Hurricane Harvey, than to put all the attention on Joel's church; instead of the crisis many of them will be going through for the coming months; as they seek to recover --- those the kinda social narrative that 'need' to be spreading. i.m.o.
