Photographer Adil Hussain, 32, captured laborers covered in red brick dust while working hard at a brick factory in the Beerwah area of Kashmir's Budgam district.
The employees at the brick factory work under very hard conditions. They work 12 to 14 hours a day to reach their target of 1,000 to 1,200 bricks. Their monthly salary ranges from 100 to 140 US dollars.
