I went to my favorite store, Paramount Browns to get some Aluminium for the next part of the K40 mods
Here we can see the guillotine used to cut the 3mm flat sheet aluminium into the sizes that I needed. At $5 a cut, well worth it.
This is the other side of the guillotine where the piece that is cut falls
Needed some aluminium angle so that I can use it to create the base area that the Z-axis will sit in
