I worked for a sting of dot-bomb companies.
The dot-bomb companies started with pockets filled with venture capital. The companies developed products with a belief that if one built a user base, money will magically appear.
The companies appeared to be creating a paradise where big companies provided magical services for free.
Of course what happened is the easy venture capital dried up. The dot-bombs destroyed the ability for companies to make money and management was staring at angry investors.
Most of the dot-bombs failed. The ones that survived developed the negative strategy that the user base was a product that they sold to big advertisers.
The price of STEEM collapsed faster than people expected and SteemIt.com fell into crisis mode.
I was writing code that had a dependency on SteemConnect.
Because SteemIt is in crisis mode, i delayed the launch of Juggleball Vagabond Spirit.
The code is ready to go. If someone wanted to play the game let me know?
The Vagabond Spirit game is a simple thing in which the players have a vagabond spirit that wanders around the world. Please leave a note if you would like to play the game.
This is @ned 's video post about what SteemIt is doing in crisis mode:
