HOW TO IMPROVE MY MENTAL AGILITY?

HOW TO IMPROVE MY MENTAL AGILITY?

Friends of Steemit, the Keys to Success are in Being Happy with Mind and Healthy Body.

Continuing with the weekly exercises for the brain, through various games; this time I will be writing about Mental Agility; which is defined as the mental capacity to process easily, quickly and effectively for the purpose of responding or executing something immediately.

To reach a high level of Mental Agility, it is necessary to have a lot of power and speed of mental calculation, fine and educated logic, good memory and high imaginative capacity; required to modify with the required immediacy the perceptual and thought organization, to adapt to the needs of change that require the use and cerebral response.

That is, it involves improving the brain's speed and innate ability to change its mnemonic and reference systems in order to plan, design, process and initiate or stop physical or mental activities, to reflect creatively, mathematically or logically and adapt to the demands of the changes that are presented.

In this sense, Mental Agility is based on three types of processes: conscious, unconscious and procedural; with experiential functions, of the senses, neuronal, intellectual, non-intellectual, artistic, affective and conditioning, among others.

Mental Agility Exercises

Without further ado, next I will place several exercises of "directed self-help", culminating with a brief video to exercise the "Mental Agility":

1.- Mathematical Exercise: mentally multiply the number 2, initially by itself and then the result returns to multiply by 2, as many times as possible.

Example: 2x2 = 4 >>> 2x4 = 8 >>> 2x8 = 16 >>> 2x16 = 32 ... (continue the operations that follow as quickly as possible).

Perform similar operations with the number 3: 3x3 = 9 >>> 3x9 = 27 >>> 3x27 = 81 ...

Reach a "higher level" practicing with each of the prime numbers that follow: 5, 7, 11, 13 ...

2.- Logic Exercise: If Jhon (J) is greater than Peter (P); Peter is younger than Lois (L) and Lois is older than Jhon; So, can we say that: L> J> P ?; Also, if their ages are: 3, 5 and 6 years old, how old is each one?

3.- Imaginative visualization exercise: close your eyes, try to put your mind in "white" and then begin to imagine any object, for example an apple.

4.- To observe carefully the following video and try to give the correct answers to the questions that are made there:
