Word Action Trigger is needed, in order to understand what I am going to say and explain in what Follows:

In my Job Search Method, I use the word action triggers in several modules, but in particular in Module II in relation to way to access market targets where I use it the most.

The Market Targets are reach via means of 4 ways or routes.

• LinkedIn Company Pages´s Payroll Directory

• LinkedIn Profiles of Competitors

• LinkedIn Paid Job Posts

• LinkedIn Free Posted Jobs at Level of Content Tab in Search Engine Mode

Let´s talk about LinkedIn Paid Job Posts

And let´s take a real example: Wealth Managers/Financial Advisors
To find all action triggers you will have to get used to audit the whole page, left to right, top to bottom:

Going Top to Bottom you will find the following:

• Logo of the company with the respective hyperlink that it will take you to the Company Page

• Time since published and Number of Page Views

• Easy Apply Button

• Job Description, which you will have to read in order to self audit yourself again your own experience, know how and Skills & Qualifications you are bringing to the table.

• To the Left of Job Description you will find the Contact the Job Poster: This is your most critical action trigger since it will allow you to connect. Don´t run into applying first. What you need to do is to send a Mini Cover Letter in the Invite if you are not connected. If you are connected with the poster, send a full cover letter to him. Remember Cover Letters are very Job specific, which mean that no one cover letter will be equal to other, unless same job in the same company.

• Top skills you have among applicants

• The About Us as well as the Company Follow which is another critical action trigger if you are interested in the company and its job broadcasts.

• Finally, and not he last you will find the Similar Jobs section which will take you to Pivot Search, a kind of automatic AI LinkedIn algorithm that it will present to you Jobs with high correlation to what you are viewing at the moment.

Going left to right, just at right column of the web page you will find:

• The very critical Random Walk Path People also viewed which will offer you 10 new jobs per slot. Clicking on one job will take you to 10 new more, and so on until you diverge. This Jobs are not Pivot generated by any internal LinkedIn AI algorithm but just from statistics of what the visitors did after landing on the page you are viewing.
