The role and importance of jobs in our life
Our life is an odd mixture of different moments of action and inaction, work and rest. Job provides us with an inner creative joy. It saves us from the dullness and boredom of life. It puts our energy to a proper use. Unused energies create disorders in us. They make us physically unhealthy and mentally unhappy. Time hangs heavy on our shoulders when there is no work. It provides us with money for our life hood. It makes our life meaningful and peaceful. Idleness is more tiresome and painful than work. Even the most unpaid, unimportant and unpleasant work is better than no work. For a really useful and happy work, two things are necessary. They are skill and constructiveness. Constructive work is rather unpleasant in the beginning, but very pleasant at the end.
For deriving maximum pleasure from life, we must consider life as a whole, a unity and a system. Good Work pays and evil work destroys at the end. Every man who learns some useful skill enjoys it till he improves himself completely. The element of constructiveness is an important source of happiness. When a worker builds up something new. He feels encouraged and elevated and thus gets pleasure from his creative work. Where there is no need, there would be no work. Where there is no work, there would be no joy in life.
Making a career out of something you love doing may sound like a pipe dream or, at the very least, the exception to the rule.
But whoever coined the phrase "do what you love and the money will follow" may have been on to something. Numerous studies have shown that happy people tend to earn higher salaries and it stands to reason that these high earners are happy at least in part, because they have jobs with loving it.

Tips for staying positive in your job
Don't be your own enemy. Survive! Let everybody think that you are fond of the job you are performing by showing maximum initiative and creativity, when completing assignments you receive. Do little things to make the day more enjoyable, such as listening to your favorite sounds while you work.
Be yourself. However, if you are a direct person, try to smile more to your colleagues and think 5 times before you snap back. Nobody likes unhappy people and will not like to listen to your problems or come to your office just to see your serious and gloomy face
Look on the bright side. Try to put together a list of positive sides of your job, company, employer, and staff. While doing so, keep your mind focused on positive; remember some funny stories that have happened to you recently. This will help to concentrate your thoughts and make them positive.
Take advantage of breaks. Try to go out for a lunch break, so you would feel the freedom, breathe the fresh air, and stay for a couple of minutes away from the working place.
Make friends. Find people you can at least talk to, or ask for advice in the organization, but do it with utmost care having all your wits about you. This does help a lot, when you need support and understanding. If the place is not so perfect, there will be many people supporting you because they have already gone through the same. However, do not rely on them and filter what you say in public. To be on the safe side, be a bit vague, so you will always find a way out.
Be always 100% beautiful. Put on stylish clothes and spare some of your morning time for showering and refreshing yourself. A person makes a place, not a place makes a person.
Consider the job and place as a challenge and try to make a competition with yourself. How long will I be able to stay here? Mark a date on your calendar, when you will leave, if nothing changes. After all, you will be able to see if you are strong enough to overcome the difficulties.
All you need to do is love your job
You can and should find enjoyment in your work. Doing so is very valuable to your life in many ways, including greatly increasing your probability of financial success. But you don't have to love, or even like your overall job to enjoy everyday aspects of it.
It is critical to distinguish between the job and the way you do it. This is important because every job has aspects that will be very unpleasant for you. You need to be able to get through them with a smile on your face.
