Righteousness - Greek - G1343
Word: δικαιοσύνη
Transliteration: dikaiosunē
Phonetic: dik-ah-yos-oo'-nay
Part of Speech: Noun Feminine
Definition: 1. in a broad sense: state of him who is as he ought to be, righteousness, the condition acceptable to God
a. the doctrine concerning the way in which man may attain a state approved of God
b. integrity, virtue, purity of life, rightness, correctness of thinking feeling, and acting

  1. in a narrower sense, justice or the virtue which gives each his due

RIGHTEOUSNESS, noun ri'chusness.

  1. Purity of heart and rectitude of life; conformity of heart and life to the divine law. righteousness as used in Scripture and theology, in which it is chiefly used, is nearly equivalent to holiness, comprehending holy principles and affections of heart, and conformity of life to the divine law. It includes all we call justice, honesty and virtue, with holy affections; in short, it is true religion.

  2. Applied to God, the perfection or holiness of his nature; exact rectitude; faithfulness.

  3. The active and passive obedience of Christ, by which the law of God is fulfilled. Daniel 9:7.

  4. Justice; equity between man and man. Luke 1:75.

  5. The cause of our justification.
The Lord our righteousness Jeremiah 23:6.

Conformity - action in accordance with some specified standard or authority

Again, who is the Potter and who is the clay? Who is shaped into whose image? Who conforms, is molded, is framed, is fashioned?

Jeremiah 18:6, " O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel. "

Why set up a standard? What is the standard? How do I know the standard?

A standard is set so it can be met, conformed to. No standard leaves one blind to the measure we must measure ourselves to. To not measure by each other, that is foolish indeed, but by the example Christ gave and the love expressed by God to us through the Law. To go and do no harm is a rule, a Law, a measure to measure with. Something to conform to as above "conformity" is ACTION, DEEDS, WORKS, REQUIREMENTS in accordance with some specified standard or authority. No authority, no rule, no measure to measure but by men and the ways of man are foolish indeed.

To fly a banner, which is a standard, for all to see which house I belong. On the field of battle flags are flown to express to whom and by which we stand fast. A standard is an ensign to war, a sign for all to see. We are in a war upon the field of battle and we must confess to whom do we yield ourselves servants to obey? To whom are we molded, fashioned, framed? This is what i conform to, and by the rule of that which I serve, I do what is said, what is written and by the example set I follow. All of this is one simple thing obedience unto righteousness. It is all obedience which makes ye perfect, makes ye righteous in the speaking of good or evil. To be evil perfectly is a righteous act to them that love and serve evil. To do good is perfectly righteous to them that are good. Yet the line is subtle by the way of evil, to disguise what is good and evil, to appear to be good when it is evil, the trick, the guile, the amused, mused, entertained, bewitched, sorcery, magic and all things like to these that call men away from what truly is good, to what is evil clearly or not clearly.

The Lamp upon my feet, the Word of God is used as a measure. To keep it constantly before thee is to know the peace of the Lord, to stay in it when all around there is no peace. To fight to stay thyself before the Truth and no wonder off by all the guile, all the tricks used to call one away from looking upon that which is perfect and good to that which is perfectly evil. There is no middle ground, either make the tree good and its fruit or make the tree bad and its fruit. There is no luke warm, there is no value in the knowledge of good and evil, for the mixture of them is death as God has said, if you eat of these you will surely die.

Name them all, righteousness, godliness, holiness, uprightness, moral, good, perfection, justification, sanctification, salvation, redemption and all like unto these are found in one thing, obedience. To whom ever you decide to serve good or evil. It is your nature given to you by God to choose which you will yield, to which you will fight for on the field of battle and fly the banner, conform to, be fashioned to, framed of, a standard set and bar met. When all around many try to remove any standard, any bar, to be empty and hollow, just using words but no effectual operation of the word. No rule, no rules, no Law, just say you believe, just say grace, just say faith, just say anything and your good to go. Even when the message is clear, many will seek to enter but few will be able. Many call on the Name of the Lord Jesus and they will no be able. Many believe but they will not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. The warnings are everywhere and yet still many would rather follow a man and his version of the truth, his image, then to work out their own salvation. They love to be be told just say the Name and NOTHING else is required of them.

Setup the standard of God. What is His standard? Seek, Repent and Sin No More!

Isaiah 49:22, " Thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I will lift up mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up My standard to the people: and they shall bring thy sons in their arms, and thy daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders. "

What does real faith establish? LAW! What does the sovereign power establish? RULES AND MEASURES, which others are adjust themselves to, conform to, are framed by, fashioned, molded, which proves them to be that which they be, good or evil by a standard set of what is good and what is evil. Gods good and perfect will is good. The other thing is evil no matter how is dresses, disguises, pretends, fakes, transforms, it is always evil. White paint on a dirty wall is still just a dirty wall hiding behind white paint.

No Law, no measure. No measure, then there is no way to know. This the people love to have, is allows for excuses, reasons to not be able. People want to be told they are unable, not unwilling, but unable. Love to hear they have a sin nature, a predisposed position to sin. Born to sin, so they can say I have a reason to sin. To blame God is mans seemingly favorite thing to do by the way of evil, inventions of men, vain imaginations chased after by the entire world and called good. They love a standard as long as that standard is inability and not unwillingness. As long as the Truth can be fashioned to conform to their lies and not the actual Truth.

Weight: the standard or established... Burden... Yoke...

Weightier matters of the Law, Judgement, Mercy, Faith. The whole matter, Worship God and Keep His Commandments. What is required of thee man? To be Just, Love Mercy and walk Humbly with God. These are rules, Laws, requirements, things that are established by the authority in ones life. Who do you call Lord, Lord? How is He Lord? By you doing what he has said to do, which is evidence of what? Obedience. It is a righteous act to obey that which ye serve. If you say you follow this, then you follow it, if you say you follow this and you follow it not, then that is unrighteous, hypocrisy, lies and the Truth is not in you. It is all one thing for both sides, sin unto death or obedience unto righteousness.

Standard:
Hebrew - H1714
Word: דֶּגֶל
Transliteration: degel
Phonetic: deh'-gel
Part of Speech: Noun Masculine
Definition: banner, standard

STANDARD, noun [G., sort, kind.]

  1. An ensign of war; a staff with a flag or colors. The troops repair to their standard The royal standard of Great Britain is a flag, in which the imperial ensigns of England, Scotland and Ireland are quartered with the armorial bearings of Hanover.

His armies, in the following day, on those fair plains their standards proud display.

  1. That which is established by sovereign power as a rule or measure by which others are to be adjusted. Thus the Winchester bushel is the standard of measures in Great Britain, and is adopted in the United States as their standard So of weights and of long measure.

  2. That which is established as a rule or model, by the authority of public opinion, or by respectable opinions, or by custom or general consent; as writings which are admitted to be the standard of style and taste. Homers Iliad is the standard of heroic poetry. Demosthenes and Cicero are the standards of oratory. Of modern eloquence, we have an excellent standard in the speeches of lord Chatham. Addisons writings furnish a good standard of pure, chaste and elegant English stayle. It is not an easy thing to erect a standard of taste.

  3. In coinage, the proportion of weight of fine metal and alloy established by authority. The coins of England and of the United States are of nearly the same standard.

A Path which is defined by definition as above. As you define it a path emerges from within it. It becomes clear and easy to see the more one defines it, stays his eyes upon it, a mind meditating upon it. In this strength increases, confidence is found and real true faith is understood without measure as it overflows ones cup, a vessel, a temple, you! If you will stay the course, stay in the race, keep your eyes upon the prize you will establish whom you love. Your standard will be before all the people to see, you will be flying a flag, a banner and you will be confessing the Lord of your choosing by your standard, which is by your obedience.

Again,

God has Commanded ALL men everywhere to Repent, not just change their minds, but to do what the Son said to do, Repent, deny thyself, take up thy own cross and follow Him. To put on the mind of Christ, Christ who ate of the butter and the honey to know to refuse the evil and choose the good. If you follow Christ, you eat of the butter and the honey to know to refuse the evil and choose the good. Christ whose grace is sufficient teaches us all the same thing, denial and the Way. To deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and to live sober, righteous and godly in this present world.

Acts 17:30, " And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: "

Rejoice in the Fear and the Trembling, for if you do know the fear then you clearly know the Truth. Rejoice in the Truth and the soberness that comes with knowing, the gravity of the situation that is laid before all mankind. Rejoice in the obedience of the Truth.

Ensigns - a flag that is flown (as by a ship) as the symbol of nationality and that may also be flown with a distinctive badge added to its design...

Numbers 2:2, " Every man of the children of Israel shall pitch by his own standard, with the ensign of their father's house: far off about the tabernacle of the congregation shall they pitch. "

The people of God are signs, ensigns, standards, banners, flags, bars met. If ye love Me Keep My Commandments, it is proof, it is fact of obedience, obeying that form of doctrine/teaching FROM THE HEART. Fulfilling ones obedience, one can work to increase the Lord God Almighty, being faithful, loyal, having fidelity, monogamy, being trusty, all which are obedience fulfilled. The people are lifted up as a banner/flag, a city set upon a hill for all to see. A candle lit is not private, is not hidden, it is for all to see in the dark.

Run, Race, Chase, Strive, Examine, Prove, Proof, Affirm, Stand Fast, Hold fast, Waiting, Watching, Preparing, Working, Digging Deep. Working out your salvation with with fear and trembling. You doing it, and it is being done for you. You put on the mind of Christ, it is not put on for you. You step as Christ stepped, it is not being stepped for you. God is not looking for robots, He is looking for them that truly love Him, love righteousness and eschew evil. The fear of God, the beginning of wisdom is to hate sin. Yet is it so much more and yet it is that one thing.

FEAR THE LORD ALWAYS!!!

Proverbs 23:17, " Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the LORD all the day long. "

Must go over and over it always, it is so easy to be complacent and distracted. One can easily allow the flesh to rule over them, it is a war in which I battle, a race in which I must run so I do not forget. I do so willingly, I desire so much to again know the presence of the Lord. I was forgiven much and I love the Lord for forgiving me things I never would have. I never in my life guessed I would hear from the Lord, receive the Holy Ghost and be told ought right I was forgiven, and I am not under any illusions of being saved. I used to say "when I was saved", I have not yet obtained anything but forgiveness of my sins past as written, but I endure till the end, run the race till the end, finish the race and am crowned, I have no expectation of being saved already but that is to come. When the day comes and I am saved, then I will be saved. I realize right I am forgiven for my past and I am to be obedient willingly to the Truth till the very end and if I do not hell will be my reward rightly so. God is no respecter of anyones person, certainly not mine. If I do not obey from the heart I to like any man can be castaway. I can forsake Gods grace just like so many do right now this very day. I can be reprobate and losing rewards (which is a lie) is hardly a concern, I will lose the only reward we all will either receive are not, LIFE eternal in the presence of the Lord God Almighty forever. I can like any dog return to his vomit. I can like any pig washed go back to the mire and wallow in it. I can be shipwrecked and I can turn from God, I can turn from the Commandment I was given to tell of the Lord Jesus Christ. I can turn from the Ten Commandments, I can make them void, or take from them. I can add to them to my liking. I can name the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and not depart from iniquity. I can fake it if I so like. I can say I love the Lord and pretend just like the many and not keep His Commandments.

I also by the Spirit of Power given to any who know Him, can stand fast and be unmovable, abiding in the Truth, conformed to the image of God that in the ends SAVES. I am fully aware that it is my choice to obey and live or sin and die. That no man can take anything from me but I am willing to let it go. NO man gave this to me and no man can take it. So I press towards the mark, that finish line, I study to show myself approved and I share my walk freely, freely it was given to me and freely I give. Having heard I constantly speak, not just outwardly but inwardly with God, doing all I can to stand in the day that comes. To love the APPEARING of the Lord knowing I am clear in the matter, a conscience clear before God and all men. Striving for it, say it again for many try to rob this of others, I AM STRIVING FOR IT. For NO ONE receives the crown who is unfaithful.

I hear them who lie and try to get me to rest in their lies. To get me to run not the race saying it is all done, all paid, who turn the Grace of God into lasciviousness, who frustrate the grace of God, who with great swelling words of emptiness try to allure and entice through the lust of the flesh. Who try to make LAW nothing, for there is but one Law giver and I will obey Him. I STRIVE for the MASTERIES, YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, I HAVE NOT MY CROWN, I AM NOT SAVED UNTIL I DO AND TO HAVE THAT WHICH I STRIVE TO HAVE I MUST DO SO LAWFULLY.

2 Timothy 2:5, " And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. "

I did not receive the Grace of God which teaches me to DENY MYSELF, TAKE UP MY CROSS AND FOLLOW AFTER CHRIST. To deny ungodliness and worldly lust, to live soberly, righteously and godly in this present world. This I did not receive from the Law of circumcision, the mutilation of the flesh, nor by the foolish tradition of men, but by the LAW OF REPENTANCE which God has Commanded all to OBEY, REPENT. I found the Lord the night I Repented and it was SO MUCH MORE THAN SOME SILLY CHANGE OF MIND. It was from the heart and I believed, had faith and called out, turned back to God and confessed and forsook my evil ways. From the heart I was broken, contrite, lowly and guilty before God and because it was from the heart and not just some change of my mind or some positional change I did myself, I truly found Him and He truly forgave me that very night and here is a measure for you all. I DO NOT NEED ANYONE TO TELL ME WHAT TOOK PLACE OR EXPLAIN IT, FOR I FOUND NO MAN WHO COULD. I do not need to ask anyone if they think I found my coin in my house, I know I found it. No one who truly is forgiven would need anyone to tell them they have been. This is proof to all who have found their coin and to all who have not found it.

Galatians 2:21, " I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. "

I just read a lady's comment who said I thought I was forgiven but until I came to listen to the lies of some other lady, now this lady realizes she actually has been forgiven. This is frightening indeed, to think that only by some person one can know their forgiven and not in the actual moment one truly finds their coin. That many people think they received something they have not. Many seek to enter but will not be able, why? They never found their coin. Many find that broad way, few find that straight and narrow Way. Many pretend, or place their trust in man and for that they are deceiving themselves, and denying themselves the Truth for a pretense, a vain imagination and find the cheap grace that hides them from the eyes of the Father. They can not express the Truth of real grace, of being taught by no man, but by the very Spirit of God how to please Him, it is better to OBEY than to sacrifice. Repent, make straight the Way of the Lord, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. It is always at hand for no man knows if this day their soul will be required of them.

Who truly thinks that the man who found his sheep needed to be told that he found it?

Who truly thinks that the women who found her missing piece of silver that she found it?

Who can not see the point that is being made?

The man who found his sheep went and told other that he had found his sheep, he did not go looking for someone to confirm for him that he had found it!

The women who found her piece of silver WENT A TOLD OTHERS TO COME A ND REJOICE WITH HER BECAUSE SHE HAD FOUND IT. She did not go to the others asking if she had found it.

If you truly found forgiveness, you will not need to be told you found, received it or any other thing, you will be to bust telling all how you found it. When they say to you Christ was not lost how did you find Him or something like to that, do not laugh, for you found Him, He was lost to you and you found Him, rejoice and let the foolish make jokes. For they will be the ones who will try to teach you what they know NOTHING about!

Luke 15:3, " And he spake this parable unto them, saying,

Luke 15:4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?

Luke 15:5 And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

Luke 15:6 And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.

Luke 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

Luke 15:8 Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it?

Luke 15:9 And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece which I had lost.

Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth. "

Signs,

Sin is the mark of the beast, disobedience, rebellion, it is a sign of whom you belong. You who sin are not of the Lord Jesus, but you who sin are of the devil. Righteousness is a sign of a man in love with the Lord, for that man obeys the Truth. They who DO righteousness are righteous even as Christ is righteous. For what a man is overcome by, this is what he is in bondage to. Sin unto death or obedience unto righteousness.

Again, they who Repent of their evil ways are marked of the Lord. Sighing and crying, be afflicted, and mourn, and weep, let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Amend your ways, fallow the ground of your heart that you may receive the good seed and it can take deep root in your HEART and grow unto the very end, the very end where you will receive your crown of Life, the one reward, one! For the son who Repented and went and did as the Father asked DID THE WILL OF THE FATHER.

They who DO the will of the Father abides forever, not they who do it not. They who obey will abide forever. They who conform will abide forever. They who stand fast will abide forever. They who prepare will abide forever. They who are waiting will abide forever. They bear the mark, the sign, the ensign, the bear the will of the Father in them and they will abide forever. They who endure abide forever.

Ezekiel 9:4, " And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. "

Again,

To love His appearing, to have confidence and not be ashamed when He appears, for few will be able because they refuse to be gathered, to obey the Truth with al their hearts. They are in love with empty words, hollow word that allow for them provisions, excuses and reason for never being able and it must all be done for them. They refuse to go do as the Father said, to work, and they will not Repent and turn back and do the will of the Father. Rather then be a fellow labourer, fellow worker with God, they want God to just do it for them as they go off and live how they please.

Will you love His appearing, will you be able?

1 John 2:28, " And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming. "

2 Timothy 4:8, " Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. "

Grace abounds in the righteous man, in the man that humbles himself before God, which is to obey. The obedient man will abide, which is to conform to the hand of the Potter. God gives grace to whom, the humble, they who obey, they who do the will, REPENT. Be marked by the Truth and obey from the heart. May I? If you believe with ALL your heart you may!

James 4:6, " But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. "

1 Peter 5:5, " Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. "

To abide, is to conform and other things but in this case conform works perfectly. To conform to a thing one is obeying that form being formed by that which it is formed. I find myself lacking brevity or terse for superfluidity or rather my excess of words written to again profess the simplicity that is Christ. Sin unto death or obedience unto righteousness. Christ obey the Father and by that humbled Himself. Being rightoeus indeed by obedience, all of this is just one thing but many. Faith, virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness, charity, or a chain, a path defined through definition. The Truth of faith working by love and proven by deeds. Faith, fidelity, monogamy, faithfulness, trusty, loyalty, integrity, obedience, all are one thing truly and yet looking at them you see many.

Aphorism - a concise statement

Sin unto death or obedience unto rightoeusness,

Adage, a statement of wisdom, allegory, metaphor all words but in the end one statement that puts forth an idea, in this case I am for Christ, so may statements of fact, the fact of my state of being is that I love Chirst, love the good and hate the evil. A worker called to work and I have shown up to be that doer to the best of the ability given to me by God. Whatever talent God has given to me, I do not know if it be one, five or ten.

Concise statements, Go and Sin No More, Seek, Repent and Sin No More, If you Love Him Obey Him, They who Do Righteousness are Righteous. As I walk with the Lord I find more and more, but it is my choice to walk. Through Christ I am able, without HIm I can do nothing. That old adage, two heads are better than one. Do not count your chikens before they hatch, I was forgiven, but it is in the end that I will be saved. Not as though I have obtained but I run. I hope indeed, my heart is set upon but I will not until I have that which I seek, one can win race but they finish it.

Philippians 3:12, " Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. "

Two words, obtained, attained, but they are one.

I have not yet been ressurected if I had then what would I run for? That I MIGHT attain the ressurection in the end, I do so hope for it, the resurrection of life and not damnation. To again be in the presence of the Lord forever. I can not think of any thing that I desire more so. No not the entire world or what men think layeth out of it. No not one thing or all things, just Christ, just to know the Lord in me, to love His appearing, to be confident at the return of my Lord that I have stoodfast and kept my garment clean. That I have been obedient unto righteousness as my Lord.

This is the forth Commandment, the day God made for man and not man for it. This is also a day God rested from all His works. This day and not any other day. This is a day the bread was replaced and made new, refreshed.

Why let anyone know this when it is all paid already, all done already, all finished already?

James 5:20, " Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. "

1 Peter 4:8, " And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. "

Seek, Repent and Sin No More...

Blessed be that Name of the Lord Amen and Amen...
