Who you are?

Since we were little we formed an identity based on what our parents and other loved ones told us, masks that were strengthened by what marked the environment.

It is then when we confuse the essence of the BEING and we create false images like: that child is naughty, that person is rabid, she is so good, among others. A dance of behaviors and attributes that can vary according to a circumstance, company or emotion. But are we really an emotion? Can a behavior define us?

If we look a little more the masks are not good or bad, they are just defense mechanisms with which we learn to face our life. The famous phrase "is that I am like this" reveals only a perception maybe wrong that we have of ourselves. The good news is that it can be changed.

Thanks to my always admired teacher Diry Navas for the discoveries that I could make on this topic in the Formation of Metaprogramas.

So, who are you?.
