みなさん、こんばんは。
The other day, I wrote about a ferret, Payton which passed away.
先日フェレットのペイトンが亡くなったことについて書きました。
And I mentioned the other ferret, Sally which was left alone stopped running around.
そして残されたほうのフェレット、サリーが遊ぶのをやめたと書きました。
In fact, Sally even stopped eating and drinking water.
実際にはサリーは食べることも水を飲むこともやめてしまっていたそうです。
Sally and Payton were like a couple.
サリーとペイトンは夫婦のように暮らしていました。
Sally suddenly lost Payton and he was missing Payton so much.
サリーは突然ペイトンを失って、とっても寂しかったようです。
The staff in the pet shop said it is "heartbreak disease."
ペットショップの店員さんはそれは「失恋病」だろうと言っていたそうです。
At the worst the one which was left alone would die.
最悪の場合、残されたほうも死んでしまうそうです。
Luckily, I could find a new friend for Sully.
幸いにもサリーに新しいお友だちを見つけてあげることができました。
At first, they seemed to be a bit confused but now they are getting along well together.
最初は戸惑っていたそうですが、今では仲良くしているそうです。
Sally started eating and drinking water again.
サリーはまたエサを食べ始めて水も飲むようになったそうです。
I was relieved so much.
とっても安心しました。
I named the new friend "Cherry" because she came to the house in the cherry blossom season.
新しいお友だちは、桜の季節に来たのでチェリーブロッサムからとって「チェリー」と名付けました。
She is super cute!!
とってもかわいいんです(^^♪
I really want to go to America and give her lots of hugs.
アメリカに行ってたくさんハグしてあげたいです！！！
I think Payton led me to her so I am so thankful for her.
きっとペイトンがチェリーに巡り合わせてくれたので、ペイトンに感謝です。
近頃も相変わらず海外の人との交渉の日々。忙しくてコメントなど書けずすみません(>_<)
