Israeli social network company "Spot.IM" is planning to pay salaries to employees using bit coins.
Currently Spot.IM says the Israeli tax authorities are in the process of negotiating to approve payment methods and to properly calculate exchange rates.
The company plans to transfer to the employee's digital account after registering at the exchange at the company and converting the statutory currency into a bit coin.
In order to suppress the price fluctuation risk due to a large decline, the average value of "highest value" and "lowest price" based on the exchange rate will be calculated every day and BTC of salary will be sent.
Salaries do not necessarily have to be received by BTC, but you can choose between receiving in bit coin or legal currency.
Employees are highly pleased with the efforts of this time as high fees become a burden on the company.
The future issue seems to be to increase the number of places that can be settled in the virtual currency.
It will draw attention to how to solve this problem.

給与は必ずしもBTCで受け取らなければならないわけではなく、ビットコインか法定通貨のどちらで受け取るのか選択が可能。
従業員は高い手数料が会社負担になるので、今回の取り組みに満足しているという声が多い。
今後の課題は仮想通貨で決済できる場所を増やすという事になりそうだ。
この問題をどう解決していくかに注目が集まるだろう。
