見上げると、葉の1枚1枚が太陽の光を浴びて輝いています。
新しい1日が始まります。

As I look up, each leaf shines in the sunlight and shines.
A new day begins.
ランチへ。
今日もサラダをたっぷりいただきます。
ブロッコリーは私の大好物。
I went for lunch.
As usual I ate plenty of salad today as well.
Broccoli is my favorite food.
メインは魚のグリル。
アンチョビのソースがしっかり効いていて美味しかったです。
ランチは午後の私のパワーの源！
I ate the fish grill in the main dish.
The sauce of anchovies was working well for fish dishes and it was delicious.
Lunch is the source of my power in the afternoon!
夕暮れの帰り道。
美しい花にしばらく見惚れました。
名前のわからない、綺麗な白い花。
On the way home from dusk.
I was blessed with a beautiful flower for a while.
A beautiful white flower whose name is unknown.
カフェへ寄り道。
ほうれん草とバナナのスムージーをいただきました。
野菜とフルーツのフレッシュな香りで、1日の疲れとサヨナラできます。
I dropped in at the cafe.
I drank a smoothie made of spinach and banana.
With the fresh aroma of vegetables and fruits, I can say goodbye to the tiredness of the day.

ただ聞いているだけだと滝の様に流れて言ってしまうラップミュージック。
改めてじっくり歌詞を読むと、文章を書く、ということにも通じる言葉がいっぱい詰まっています。
